A total rebrand of the Flemish national TV and Radio broadcaster.
Based on a new strategic promise: 'Forever Current' channeling VRT and Flanders' deep running relationship, we helped to transform an ageing institution into an iconic digital-ready media brand that connects, informs and inspires its audiences each and every day.
My role:
Leading strategy, architecture and brand/experience definition across VRT, VRT NWS and VRT MAX (digital streaming service).
Driving change through executive-level stakeholder engagement and real understanding of VRT culture, but also its role within the Flemish community.
Growing the relationship as a trusted partner on the journey to refreshing the entire VRT brand portfolio.
